Hon. Jonathan Siwanyang
‌COUNTY SECRETARY


Johnathan prides in 25 years of experience 15 of which he served the County and Country at Senior Managerial levels. As an Educationist and manager, Jonathan has served as High School Principal in various Schools thus exhibiting a diversity in leadership.  Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Education (Science) from Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Diploma in Education from Kenya Education Management Institute.



‌Hon. Loriong'ong'ar Ruto Joshua ‌CEC MEMBER FOR FINANCE AND ECONOMIC PLANNING ‌Joshua who is 39 years old holds a Bachelor' Degree in Education from Moi University having graduated in 2009. He is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Communication at the same institution. He brings in a wealth of experience having worked at the County Government of West Pokot as the Director Governor's Press, Kenya Commercial Bank Ltd and the Standard Gauge Railway where he was instrumental in embedding their corporate culture implementation. Joshua has attended various courses locally. He is also a community mobiliser having provided leadership in various community projects and activities within the county of West Pokot.

Hon. Paul P’kukot Woyakapel 
‌CEC MEMBER FOR HEALTH AND SANITATION
Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Moi University and an MBA in Strategic Management from University of Nairobi and currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration Finance (Option) He has previously worked at the West Pokot County rising to the position of Chief Finance Officer. He brings in a long experience having worked at Kenya Seed Company as the Chief Finance Officer, Outreach Ministries, Kapenguria Teachers SACCO among other organizations. Paul also holds various certifications including, certified Public Accountant, Financial Reporting and Management, Global Academy of Finance and Management and Certified Public Finance Management. He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. Paul has attended various senior courses including Strategic Management course at Kenya School of Government.


‌Hon. Joshua Lochmidi Siwanyang ‌CECM MEMBER ROADS, PUBLIC WORKS & TRANSPORT ‌Joshua who is 31 years old graduated from Kenyatta University with Bed Science in 2016. Previously he has worked as a Senior Social Welfare Officer focusing on Peace Building and Reconciliation. Hon Siwanyang has spent his time on community activities focusing on youth development and Mentorship.



‌Hon. Rebeca Kide ‌CECM FOR EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL TRAINING ‌Rebecca who is a career educationist with over 25 years’ experience with a focus on education management. She holds a BEd Arts degree and Diploma in Education obtained from Moi University and Kenya Education Management Institute respectively. She previously worked with the Teachers Service Commission in various capacities in education management and school based teacher development. She is passionate about learning and curriculum development.






‌Hon. Wilfred Longronyang
‌CECM LIVESTOCK, IRRIGATION AND FISHERIES 
Wilfred is a holder of a BSc Degree in Animal Production obtained in 1995 from Egerton University. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from Maseno University. Wilfred brings a wealth of experience to this role having successfully performed in previous County Government roles as CEC Water, Environment and Natural Resources and also as CEC Agriculture and Irrigation. He previously worked at the Teachers Service Commission in various roles including Senior Principal at Parua Mixed Secondary School


HON. William Lopewot Petot
‌CECM WATER, ENVIRONMENT, NATURAL RESOURCES AND CLIMATE CHANGE 
William is a career educationist, having served in various senior roles at the Teachers Service Commission as TSC Sub County Director both in West Pokot County and other counties. He holds a Bachelor of Education Degree from the Catholic University of East Africa. He is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Educational Administration and Planning at the same university. He has attended various senior management courses including Strategic Leadership Development Program and Senior Management Course at the Kenya School of Government.




‌Hon. Esther Chelimo Loukotum 
‌CECM LANDS, HOUSING AND PHYSICAL PLANNING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT 
Esther brings a wealth of experience as an astute administrator in a number of fields including the teaching and Non-Governmental Organization. Previously, she has worked as a Head-Teacher an ECDE Coordinator and as a Sub-County Administrator. Esther is also a drive in Community service following her contribution towards campaigns on the importance of Education emphasizing on girl child social protection. She holds a bachelor’s Degree in Management from Mt. Kenya University and currently she pursuing a Masters Degree in Business Administration-Strategic Management at The Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.‌‌‌





‌Hon. Martin Aperem Lottee 
‌CECM PUBLIC SERVICE MANAGEMENT, DEVOLVED UNITS, ADMINISTRATION AND ICT 
Martin is a holder of master's in public administration and Public Policy coupled with a Bachelor’s degree in Education Science (PHYSICS & CHEMISTRY) from THE CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY EASTERN AFRICA. He has served the community diligently in different capacities including teaching at different Secondary schools. He has been a sub-County administrator and most recently he worked as Senior Administrative Officer –Department of Trade, Industrialization, Energy, Investment & Cooperatives at the County Government of West Pokot


‌Hon. CLAIRE CHEMUTAI PARKLEA 
‌CECM TRADE COOPERATIVE DEVELOPMENT, INDUSTRY AND ENERGY 
‌Claire is a qualified Health Practitioner, she Holds a Higher National Diploma in anesthesia and Surgery from KMTC Nairobi preceding a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from the same institution. She is a qualified medical researcher and administrator as exhibited from the various leadership and supervisory assignments she has undertaken at department and hospital spanning over 20 years. She is married with children and spends her free time as a charity mobilizer at the BOBLEO Children's Home at Tartar.



‌Hon. Litole lucky Jemutai
‌‌CECM CULTURE, TOURISM, SPORTS, YOUTH AFFAIRS AND SOCIAL SERVICE
‌Lucky who is a Certified Secretary Finalist, is a holder of a Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree and Diploma in Management from Kenya Methodist University and Kenya Management Institute respectively. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Logistics and Procurement Management at the Moi University. She brings a rich experience gained while working as a Senior Administrator at the West Pokot County Public Service Board and a Board Director at the Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service. She has also attended a Senior Management course at the Kenya School of Government among other strategic programs. ‌
